Historique de la Bange
In 2009,
BANGE expanded its capital base for the first time by joining forces with the German investment fund African Development Corporation (ADC)
In 2012,
The bank achieved its highest ever profits, and the State of Equatorial Guinea bought out ADC, becoming the majority shareholder with 60% of BANGE's capital.
The year 2013
marks the definitive take-off of BANGE, which expands its network with the addition of five (05) new branches nationwide. This expansion also marks the start of a global restructuring process for the bank.
Today,
BANGE has the largest branch network in the country, and has become the benchmark bank, contributing to the development and progress of Equatorial Guinea and, in turn, offering sustainable profitability to its shareholders.
Our vision
To become the benchmark banking group in the CEMAC sub-region in the medium term, and with an international vocation in the long term.
Our missions and values
Through its solid values, the Bank has created real benchmarks for the success of its missions.
